WHAT IS THE DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP COUNCIL?

The Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) is a group of community leaders, executives, managers, and human resource and diversity professionals in New Mexico who are committed to leveraging diversity as a resource in: Business, Education, Government, and Communities. Leaders in business, government, education, and communities formed the DLC in response to the realization that diversity issues are universal and critical to the long-term effectiveness and success of any organization.

DLC membership is open to executives, managers, administrators, community leaders, human resources and diversity professionals as well as others who have a passion for leveraging the diversity of all and creating inclusive environments.
